Practical support from agricultural experts.
In each grower project, we employ skilled agronomists and field officers to ensure we match the right crops to the conditions. Field officers travel from farm to farm, providing advice and assistance.
This outreach program is supported by regular demonstration days, helping farmers gain horticultural skills. With increased knowledge of mulching, weeding, fertilising, erosion control and intercropping, farmers can use best-practice techniques.

Fairoils sets up community funds, which are managed democratically by farming families to fund local priorities.
